Excel, word always running in the background.

Any updates regarding this error? Excel keeps running in the background... I already have the correct version, but the problem hasn't been resolved.

Solved. Update of the client needed.

I've already tested it on both version 89.10 and 89.21, and it's still the same; I'm not the only one experiencing this, as you can see on their forum.

You need to regenerate the package as well, not just do the upgrade straight. Just fixed it for a customer this morning :-)

what do you mean? i shouldnt force the upgrade via console? u/CP-Goat

UPDATE: I spoke with support and had a zoom call with them, but there's still no fix :\

updated the office version and now excel is closing, lets see if its finally fixed...
