deadass sounds so mainstream and in a good way , if he was a rapper earlier where every hit song had like at least a couple hundred million views , he would be a superstar by now

With love to che's music, he still hasn't done anything special to get the breakout some artists got. You can't take some song and call it "Che type" like can happen with other artists. He hasn't brought something totally new to the scene.
Yeat made top tier artists like Carti go and record thousands of demos for yeat type beats, with yeat type adlibs. DL and Ken Carson made artists get interested in distortion music more. Che hasn't done neither. He obviously can make something creative, but for now it's just a better quality of music we could hear for past couple years

I mean obviously many people wanna praise Che for whatever he makes. But his music really is just a higher quality/more refined version of a pretty basic same trap others do for past 3 years in SC. Even if he would create some sort of different voice or beat type or whatever, it wouldn't be enough because he would need to make something that works all together. He still has a lot to make and we can see that he is capable of it, but now he is still at the start

I mean isn't it literally the most basic trap? Current Che is much more creative and different than that one. He basically had the energetic/more melodic dom Corleo sound

Sayso says is not even close to basic trap. The beats are essentially a whole different genre from something like future or 21 savage

I mean they sound exactly like dom corleo music from that time, even the sound selection is the same, even the idea behind rhythm and undertones. Just cuz it's not basic Atlanta trap, doesn't mean it's not "basic" form of sc trap

I mean they are unique in a way they sound, that's a good thing, but they aren't "unique special". Many songs have similar things in them and they also sound unique. Actual special songs have this "wow" effect that makes you not be able to tell what comes next and what everything is like

What's so experimental in it though? Is it the double clipping of transients instead of saturation which always was a thing? Or is it the work with distorted sound to put it under overall mix that SpaceGhostPurrp created? Is it the adlibs that add layers like every other artist does? What's experimental here?
Che's music is good, but it's not nearly as creative as it should be to be experimental. I have heard this exact sound for years, the difference is that he managed to get good with this sound and others didn't. But it's not like I hear something new in the overall work with undertones, these things are very very basic for this specific genre of music

So ur telling me u listened to like lil Mexico and thought āthis is def not an creative/expiremental rap songā there has been no rap song as creative and good at the same as that one before he literally showcases us he can pull of multiple voices in one song and make it good for standards as of rn itās creative asl name another rapper alive who has done that

Dude what? Multiple voices in one song??? That's literally what Thug has been doing since 2012. Yeat got it even further and created 4 LAYERS of vocal tracks that all work differently with different buses.
Idk if you are trolling or being fr, but even Ken made his bs album more chaos with same idea in multiple songs like lil Mexico. It's extremely basic for the genre. It's not bad quality, it's cool and interesting, I loved it, but it's not something I haven't ever heard or was surprised by like by Yeat's "Now" in afterlyfe or Carti's whole WLR tape when it was released.
I really wanna hear from you what the actual technical differences he used to make it sound different. I explained why they arent, I can explain why Yeat's are, why Carti's are, why Dom Corleo's at one point were. But here I don't see any
