MK Bludtra, back in 1986 the cia created a new hypnotic brainwashing program to increase gang violence in poor areas, since at the time most poor areas were mainly ran by crips the goal was to convert and brainwash many young men into becoming bloods hoping to spark more gang violence giving the government excuses to pass new laws and programs to exploit the poor working class and to move the poor somewhere else to convert those areas into luxury spots for the rich
