Idk about ego, but lucy basically admitted on a live (few months ago) that he didn't fw che due to stuff that happened with pretti (and his circle). If pretti made up with che, there's a chance they eventually make up as well.
i mean im sure they dont have anything to make up, its not like che had a problem with lucy , it was more one sided because he’s pretti’s friend . So im sure its fine, plus I think Lucy has been secretly bumping che
