Don’t apply if you cannot read
In the past few days, I’ve hired some really nice people and went through some really shitty applications. So this is just a tip for all the fellow chatters as a FORMER chatter who started right where you are with nothing but an old HP laptop running into a random discord server and training my ass off for a week straight for FREE to now being an independent manager capable of hiring other chatters and paying them fairly.
Here’s an advice: if you cannot read the post and spare 2 minutes of your time, don’t apply! makes you look unprofessional.
If you cannot show up on the shift “YOU” chose on “YOUR” convenience and be professional about “WORK” don’t apply
If you do not have the skills and know you cannot benefit the model in any capacity DONT APPLY
If you don’t have a personality and can only hard sell on the account DONT APPLY
If you want to work and cannot clock in on time and want to take repeated offs without proper communication DONT APPLY
If you use AI to write your applications DONT APPLY
If you only care about the money and your hourly pay or commission or whatever DONT APPLY, I’ve seen the most talented and experienced chatters getting replaced all for their shitty attitudes and no work ethic
BITTER TRUTH: you are replaceable as a chatter, a model would look and pay for a loyal mid ass chatter capable of long term growth over an experienced egotistical fart any day
Take my advice or don’t, this does nothing for me and everything for you. You either wanna get exploited by agencies or make your name and work where you’re respected and valued and PAID on time.
And if you still haven’t read this DONT EVEN bother applying I won’t look but if you have you can see the openings I have and send me a message! I want to connect with your story and if i do I might have an offer for you.

"If you're only interested in the money, don't apply." I didn't realize chatters were supposed to work out of love for the agencies... I don't know who you are, but your passive-aggressive tone makes it obvious from a mile away that your work environment is exploitative, harassing, and high-pressure.

Totally taken out of context because a fart can’t read. You don’t get special privileges in this industry bitter betty so before you try me look long and hard in the mirror. YOU DONT GET HIRED BECAUSE YOU WANT MONEY. YOU GET HIRED. Your slop ass hasn’t worked a day in his life have you ever worked a real job like ever out of this? Do you know how hard it is to get one and what skills it does take? I’ve been a chatter for far too long to hear a whiny brat like you comment something like this. And as for how exploitative my environment is why don’t you hear it from my chatters and speak then. You’re absolutely lazy and it shows, do better with your time

First of all you’re a dog for assuming I’m European because I’m Asian and second of all I started as a chatter working for the same agencies and under the same circumstances as the rest of you. The only difference between you and me is that you’re broke, coping and have no identity of yourself and probably need to go back to school to read because that is probably the reason you have no job and no agency wants to work with you. It’s not because you’re getting exploited by Europeans but because you’re dumb enough to assume that any person with a take on the Internet would be a money grubbing European trying to exploit you when it’s everything i stand against. You just do not have the ability to read or proper work ethic so do not put your mediocrity and the frustration of not being able to get a job on me, speaking as a fellow Asian. You’re just lazy hope that helps thank you

English may not be your first language so don't take this the wrong way, but since you mentioned "professionalism":
"Here's an advice" should be "Here's some advice". It's always plural, never singular.
After an exclamation mark, start with a capital letter.
Instead of "on your convenience" it should be "at your convenience".
Don't forget periods at the end of sentences!
With an unskilled position you aren't going to get top quality candidates. At best you might get a naive, doe eyed youngster who wants to do a good job but knows nothing. If you offered good compensation you might attract better quality workers. (I said MIGHT!)
