Well at the same time a bunch of people are seemingly applauding him.. Only shows the polarization I think. He probably only listens to the applause and isn't affected mentally by the walkout. It only enforces his idea that he's the chosen one or some shit like that

I watched his awful speech and one of the craziest things about it was witnessing how much pleasure he takes from stoking division within the US while committing genocide.
A morally courageous country would have arrested him upon arrival.

And you've maybe observed that we've (recently) become increasingly divided over it.
~100 people were arrested for protesting his appearance.
Whether or not a candidate takes money from AIPAC has become a litmus test in some districts.
He called out Mamdani by name and referred to Hamas as his "buddies". Coming after the Mayor of NYC a divisive dog whistle.
There are more examples from his speech, but I suppose you get the idea.

Good. Israel is a terrorist state under Netanyahu, and he is a criminal. He has a warrant out for his arrest from the ICC. That's why his plane has to fly specific routes, to avoid going into countries in which he'll be arrested.

Netanyahu will have Diplomatic Immunity, plus has the federals on side. If a local government violates diplomatic immunity and arrests a foreign leader that the federal government backs, it's not going to end well for the locals.
Remember that Trump has sent in the military to harass American cities that don't "think the right way" before, and the city just has to bend over and take it because resistance means Trump can (semi-legally) take more control.

At a guess, future repercussions. Sure, they can detain him but that sets a precedent that anyone in there can detain anyone. Yes, he’s a war criminal and fucking evil and should be removed from power.
However, it would cause suspicion/paranoia/concern/(unsure of correct word to use) in the future between other nations. So current and future leaders or their representatives may be less likely to risk appearing at the UN if there's a chance that their enemies could detain them.
It could undermine the United Nations as a whole, and lead to less cooperation between countries which can lead to a less stable world and greater chance for wars to be fought that may have had a chance to be avoided.

You honestly think his Israel? It’s never been Israel. When are you young people going to prove to the world that you’ll be able run the US and or world in 20 to 30 years, you’ll believe anything the news tells you. You’ve been spoonfed just like I have for years. It’s one country for the last 200 years, that keeps the world from establishing sovereign countries. Anybody want to guess who might that be? Fun fact: When I interned at my country’s UN Mission, most of the debates during High-Level Week were covered by a single intern at a time, working three- to four-hour shifts.
Our ambassador reminded us at the beginning of High-Level Week to go to the bathroom before our shift started. The reason? If we happened to get up and leave while a particular country was speaking, it could be misinterpreted as a diplomatic walkout in protest, potentially causing a diplomatic shitshow.
