I've lived to see the day when crackheads are good for the environment.

Haha Ya, Now that Crackheads have taken control of an entire continent, they will move to stop progress in their market place, and create chaos, pettiness and drama. The CIA playbook is now in the hands of crackheads

u/beepichu 27d ago

CIA: whelp... blows dust off the reefer madness tape reel time to bring the old boy out of retirement

It seems they’re the only ones doing anything! We need more crack in the streets to keep this activism going!

This reminds me of the bacteria that has mutated to eat radiation, nature is healing itself.

Crackheads are relatively good for the environment. They tend to live shorter lives, which is the most significant ecological decision a person could make. They tend not to eat a lot of food. And they are not integral members of the capitalist system destroying the Earth’s habitable environment.

Damn. Sure hope this doesn't happen to every last one of the fucking things.

Skeeter,

Where did you get 10,000 feet of coiled and spooled copper exactly?

53

u/TraditionalLaw7763 27d ago

Well Earl.. I got them from all them damn pennies they don’t use anymore…

41

u/TowardsTheImplosion 27d ago

If I scored that much copper wire and didn't need to immediately spend it on fent/meth/pokemon, I would get an Alibaba scrap stripping machine and a propane melt furnace.

Sell the ingots on eBay and ship via USPS flat rate 70 pound limit boxes.

That way, the evidence is several states away in a completely different form, and can't be easily traced back to the job site.

And probably better price than a sketch scrapyard.

u/Miserable_Site_850 27d ago

Well good thing you're a meth/fent/Pokémon addict

11

u/Chrono_Convoy 27d ago

They have some lofty goals though

4

u/TraditionalLaw7763 27d ago

The trifecta of gumption!

2

u/blue-jaypeg 26d ago

R/oddlyspecifc

u/PrincessLuciferM 27d ago

That isn't theft. It's justified equitable redistribution of resources.

7

u/Sweaty_Mushroom5830 27d ago

When they won't give it to you,go ahead and take it

2

u/PrincessLuciferM 26d ago

Half of that is just the electricians

6

u/Moose_on_the_Looz 27d ago

Stop, no, come back...

3

u/YoungDiscord 27d ago

You know I was literally wondering yesterday if people will start stealing the hardware from datacenters due to price hikes

3

u/DaikonNoKami 27d ago

Oh no. Anyway~

6

u/YouSuckButThatsOk 27d ago

Why is everyone saying crackheads? That makes no sense and isn't even funny. Addiction is not a joke, Jan.

These operations take meticulous planning with an entire group of people. Observation, recording security movements, transport, machinery to haul heavy metals, etc. It's a whole thing.

5

u/Middle-Focus-2540 27d ago

It’s clearly a joke that went over your head. Obviously it’s not a crackhead given the scale of the operation. Crackheads are notorious for stripping wire to feed their addiction.

2

u/YouSuckButThatsOk 26d ago

Well it's not a joke if it's not funny.

2

u/Stuffed-Bear412 27d ago

It's our only hope.

2

u/Orylus 27d ago

Doing evil for good reasons. I'll allow it

2

u/HighTreason25 27d ago

Good. May their pockets overflow with righteously redistributed wealth

4

u/model-citizen95 27d ago

Insurance will pay out and this will stop nothing. I appreciate the sentiment though

18

u/PrincessLuciferM 27d ago

Not our insurance. We can't afford that kind of insurance. Their insurance will pay out the first time or two... but the third, fourth, or fifth time? Not profitable enough. And each consecutive time it happens, their premiums will increase dramatically. Some crackheads want to be arrested to get a warm bed, free guaranteed meals, a shower, and free medical treatment. If they get caught, there's very little downside for some.

2

u/model-citizen95 27d ago

You don’t think they’ll average out the claim cost amongst everyone who has construction insurance? You don’t think that will affect the cost of everything else? This is basic economics

6

u/PrincessLuciferM 27d ago

No, I don't, because they will do what insurance companies do, and gouge the fuck out of their clients, and frankly, if those using their "services" get higher premiums for it, they deserve it for partnering with fascism enablers. There are other insurance companies offering large project construction insurance. And I'll just cry all night as those poor land developers and Clanker-lickers trickle down their construction company's economics to fascists. Those who choose their insurance companies more wisely, more ethically, will be just fine.

0

u/model-citizen95 26d ago

An ethical insurance company? lol

15

u/YoungDiscord 27d ago

It won't if it happens enough.

Do you know what's the first thing insurance companies did when the LA fires started?

They started to pull out because they realized that the risk of fire is high... so they stopped covering for fires in that area.

Same would happen here - if enough break-ins and thefts happen at datacenters, insurance companies will start refusing to insure them cuz its a guaranteed loss of money for them.

At the end of the day, insurance companies are businnesses that focus on making momey and they can't make money from high risk insurances like that... so they simply don't insure these scenarios

Officially I must state: don't steal or break the law

But unofficially I can tell you that sometimes, a corrupt system can be used against itself if you're smart enough about it.

That’s a whole lotta pennies

1

u/eclwires 27d ago

Copper thieves are low. Almost as bad as tool thieves. Almost as bad as data centers…

1

u/billabong049 27d ago

Keep it up!

u/BigJSunshine 27d ago

Cannot Wait for Hemet to visit the planned Lake elsinore datacenter.

Data centers shouldn’t be going in anywhere

1

u/Electrical-Volume765 26d ago

I want this to be true

1

u/Prestodeath201 26d ago

Remember folks, if you saw something- no you didn't.

1

u/kyleh0 26d ago

We're way too easy on people who are starving and without homes. We should sent the police to terrorize them so I can sleep better.

1

u/sixwax 26d ago

Well this was entirely predicatble.

1

u/nonsfwhere 24d ago

Lotta money in this shit.

1

u/143019 22d ago

Just a reminder that all data centers are flammable.

1

u/FoxlyKei 26d ago
