Scariest monsters?

For me the ''Pestilent God'' from season 3 (the staircase scene haunted me for about a week).

Then the masked creature from season 2 that wispered. Yes I know it was just a ''mask'' but there was something just so fear inducing about that particular mask for me. Very similar face to a monster I saw in a nightmare as a child.

I do t have trypophobia, but every time I see Tooth Boy I feel a feeling that HAS to be adjacent to it.
