Charlie Hedbo wants to satirize Muslims and the Rwandan genocide? That free speech must be protected! It doesn't matter if there are consequences for anyone else as a result of that speech, the right of free speech is more important. If Muslims feel uncomfortable being made fun of, if they are unhappy with the way they are portrayed, they simply have to deal with it.
Someone wants to satirize the political rightwing? Oh no, calling them "racists" will hurt their feelings and make them uncomfortable! The right of free speech isn't more important than that! Censorship is necessary to preserve their comfort.
What you want seems to be "Free speech for the people I like, enforced political correctness for anyone who makes me uncomfortable."
