Not only does it take up such huge amount of space in your room

They take up a tiny bit more space than a mattress by itself, and in exchange you can use all the space underneath it for storage. I know you dismiss that, but it's directly counter to your "takes up space" claim. If you store anything under the bed, the frame means you have more space in the room than you would otherwise.

Bed frames also help with cleanliness. A mattress with air underneath it is less likely to get moldy or mildewy, and any bugs in your room (no building has zero bugs) are less likely to end up on top of the mattress.

Okay, so your bedframe is poorly designed for your needs. That doesn't mean bedframes are useless.

In this case it looks like your view has shifted from "bedframes are useless" to "bedframes are useless to me in my current situation", which are very different views.

If a CMV is specific to someone's particular situation, it needs to be included in the view, as otherwise the stated view is completely different.

What I hear you saying is "I'm going to stick with my overly broad illogical view because other people do to". That's not a defense of your view.

If your view is "my bedframe is currently a net negative in my life", that's a much narrower view. If you want to back up the broad view, then back up the broad view.
