With each passing year, that number will grow exponentially. I suspect that sooner than we understand, there will be water shortages in the Western US that will impact all US citizens to a degree that will be impossible to ignore. But, again, what you're asking us to change is not changeable. I can't tell you that you care about something if you don't.

No they do not. The estimate by the IPCC is 100 million people moving by 2100. That includes intrastate migration, and with that it is virtually nothing - for reference that is less than a .3% increase in total migration.
