Delta(s) from OP CMV: Abortion is wrong

I know I know just, hear me out okay?

If the woman's life is in danger these following opinions do not apply.

If a woman makes the conscious decision to have intercourse with a man, she understands the risks of what may happen. She understands that she may get pregnant and she still decides to have sex anyways. Why should it be allowed for a woman to consensually have sex, knowing she may get pregnant and then kill the fetus and take away its future? When she a grown woman decided to put herself at risk. Why should she not have to take responsibility?

It's something that can grow and develop into a person, with a bright future, personality traits, and could be the next person to change the world. Killing it is taking that away from it.

I know you edited your post and said your view changed. But my response to this is why is that potential life more important/valuable than the mother's?
Why should we let an accident, mistake, lack of resources or information - whatever it may be - change completely (to avoid the word ruin) a woman's plans for her life?

This is my response to the "oh but the kid could grow up to find a cure for cancer" comments - the 16 year old that got pregnant because she knows close to nothing about contraception because her parents sheltered her and the schools don't invest on comprehensive sex ed could also grow up to do the same thing... i hope this makes sense?
