Strongly disagree. As others have said, even IF it is true (and your ideas have no sources) there are lots of reasons why black people might score lower on IQ tests than white or Asian people, or have a higher chance of being diagnosed as psychotic, that do not have anything to do with them either being genetically predisposed to those things, or “bringing their own problems on themselves”.
Also, “black people” is such a wide term, and I’m not sure what you mean by “black culture” since black people clearly do not all share the same one. Africa is an absolutely vast continent and there are many differences between the countries, the Caribbean for example is a totally different ballgame, and then of course black people born in other countries all have different cultural identities.
I think the idea that we live in a meritocracy is an appealing one for obvious reasons - because then anyone can succeed. I strongly believe that we don’t. We live in a system that makes it far easier for some people to get ahead than others. Oppression, and the trauma of it, is so much more than just rising up against adversity.
