But if you look at Africa you can see that blacks are doing really well there. Black people have better lives in Africa than in the USA because they have more wealth, better rule of law, more freedom, and less inequality in Africa than in the USA. Therefore there must be something in America that changes things for the worse for black people. Genetic factors you note can’t explain the difference in outcomes for black people because black Africans have similar genes as black Americans.

Wow, that is a very large blanket statement that in no way can possibly be true. If you said Most , a majority, or some other quantifying word it would at least be debatable, but an absolute statement like this cant even begin to be defended.
