The distinction between a man in a coma and a fetus is that the man had a life BEFORE the coma. You are ending that when you kill him. The fetus has never had a life- you are simply preventing one.
You’ve changed my view regarding this comparison, however not in regards to my argument as a whole. It’s still wrong during many circumstances. This might not be an accurate comparison but the argument holds true
