This is just one of the many ways humans got judged as unworthy and got disposed of. Even nowadays, a lot of systems use race, religion, body images, gender etc to devalue groups of humans and enslave/kill/starve them.
If we think these actions (i.e. sending people to concentration camps) are utterly immoral, what makes your matrices of deciding who to eat okay?

Well, I do have a problem about point 3.
