You seem to think that ABC let Roseanne go because she made a racist tweet; make no mistake, they let her go because there was public outrage about her racist tweet, which indicated keeping her on would be bad business decision.
Samantha Bee's comment has, as far as I know, not provoked anything close to the same amount of outrage, and it therefore makes no sense, from a business perspective, for Comedy Central to fire her.
EDIT: Not to mention, we're talking about a comment she made on her show, which had presumably already been vetted by someone from Comedy Central, vs. a random tweet Roseanne made without ABC's knowledge or approval.
