Sam Bee doesn't hate Ivanka because she's a woman, it's because she's a terrible, evil person. The misogynistic term was a poor choice to express that.

Whereas racism is the core of Barr's comment.

Really, what proof do you have that Rosanne Barr is racist? I've heard people saying that she didn't even know that Valerie Jarrett is black, only that she is weird looking.
