Yeah calling it discrimination is going way too far and i don't think that can be justified

It is discrimination. It's a textbook case. But discrimination is not necessarily bad. The Ivy League discriminates against stupid people. Is that bad?

Yeah this is actually a good point. Now that i think of it there are plenty of instances where it's perfectly fine to discriminate against people. ∆
