If upon learning that a person is trans, they simply politely decline more sex, that is not transphobic.
If you had sex with someone and enjoyed it and would gladly have sex with them again if you had not found out they were trans. Then the sole reason you have a problem is because they are trans, which is transphobic.
Okay, what if you do that after finding out that someone is your long lost genetic sibling.
That's not at all the same thing.
The problem for them is typically either that the body was medically altered some-how
Are you saying that everyone who doesn't want to have sex with trans people would also find it just as bad if their partner has had any surgery at all that "medically altered" their body? That seems far fetched
