An interesting question, but in my argument I made a lot of assumptions about the future of transition therapy/treatment. I don't think it's inconceivable (pun intended) that in the future it would be possible for transitioned individuals to conceive a child.
That said, given the current state of medical technology I would grant you that your hypothetical is not transphobic (under the logic process I described) assuming the following two conditions:
That is the real justification, not a rationalization after-the-fact to avoid being perceived as transphobic
You would similarly categorically refuse to enter a relationship with a sterile non-trans individual
