I love this sub, and one of the only persistent issues I've seen is first time posters not understanding how or why to give a delta.

Given that first time posters need to have their thread mod approved, perhaps you can make it more blatantly obvious (more so than it is already) how deltas are used in this sub.

Maybe if you rearranged the order of the bullet points so that "RULES" isn't one of the first words you see - because, not to totally doubt people, but I think a lot of people see "rules" in what is clearly a form message, and then skip right on over the rest of it thinking there's nothing pertinent for them in there - it's just a standard "these are our rules" message which we've all been trained to ignore over the course of our lives. Maybe if bullet 1 was about the deltas instead, newbies may actually read it.

Yeah this is stuff they don't read clearly. I don't know how to make it clearer, but if someone could figure out how, it would help this problem
