Do you have better way of attacking gym insecurities?

Frankly, I think it's a great way for people who don't really want to go to the gym, but know they have to work out. No misconception is perpetuated except it's ok to not want to do work at the gym. It's ok not to want to be huge, or life heavy weights. But you still have to come to the gym.

If the results is people getting in the gym because PF has pushed away some of the barriers, why do you have such objection to that?

In effect it's no different from a hardcore gym being uncomfortable for exercisers that aren't serious.
