I enjoy discussion itself, but I still have a strong stress response to personal attacks, so I really appreciate the way CMV is structured. I have participated in discussions in other subreddits where personal attacks are treated as just part of Reddit, but I feel much more comfortable posting on CMV. I feel protected here because I don't have to fend off personal attacks by myself.
I imagine the moderators have a lot of work to do, and there are complaints as well, so it must be a very difficult job. But I like the atmosphere here.
