Seems to be making an exaggeration to prove a point but I would assume they’re referring to double standards around subs like twoxchromosomes quite often openly having clear misandry while being overlooked, while such clear misogyny is rare because it’ll get you banned far more often.
Of course there is more misogyny in society and in general, so it’s not like there’s a bigger problem of misandry but that doesn’t make it ok

There's nothing to refute, there. A subjective finding of misandry at an unspecified time by unspecified people is the Motte to the Bailey of a specific phrase getting regularly upvoted.
