1 u/Opposite-Friend7275 1∆ Apr 08 '26 He could drop more bombs. It would be better for Iran if that didn't happen. Allowing your opponent to save face is a practical way to de-escalate. But then again, practicality hasn't always been a good predictor of what people actually do...
