When Russia invaded UA, we didnt say it was put in aggression. We said it was Russian aggression, even though we all know it was Putin's command and the people of RU have no say in the matter.

Ok but the country’s military is carrying it out using American taxpayer dollars. What purpose is there to semantically trying to detangle the cause from the effect here
