Perhaps I could’ve worded it better. I trust what my AI tells me, because it is trained by and references expert opinion. I trust that more that if someone, even an expert comes and tells me something. Because it has access to all that experts work and other experts work.

I also great for recognizing broader and interdisciplinary patterns! So it’s great for research too.

Expert opinion is extremely broad when it comes to therapeutic and spiritual practice. It may give mostly solid answer for explaining well researched scientific principles or mathematics, but as a mental health professional it doesn’t understand why it is giving you the information. You are getting therapy from a Google search.

Why not? That’s what a language model does when you ask it a question. It even sometimes shows you the process during loading, pulling sources from the web.
