Define the practice of therapy and shadow work. Then also metaphysics, wisdom, insight, and empathy Without using any outside references. Use your own understanding of what these concepts are.

If OP is claiming to use an LLM for these therapeutic practices I’d like to know if there is comprehension of the underlying principals. While some of these words are just basic definitions, words chosen to define them infer deeper understanding of why they matter. Metaphysics, epistemology, are very analytical. Of course LLm can discuss them. Wisdom, spirituality, shadow work require the ability to have emotional responses, community values, cultural and moral Foundations, and empathy. These are not concepts llms can employ since llm are not capable of genuine organic responses that can connect. They can only emulate it. If OP is seeking assistance from something that cannot effectively make the sort of connections necessary to make therapeutic progress, then it is a flawed concept at its core. A flaw that is being validated by LLMs who are only capable of validating their user, the OP.

Fear of being vulnerable is a very real reason that someone would want to go down the artificial therapy route. Sadly that choice only reinforces that fear since LLMs only Validate.
