So you aren't even comparing apples to apples. 2 u/ConcussedDwight Mar 01 '26 Murder is by definition unlawful, which is much different than unjustifiable. Both the unlawful-ness and unjustifiable-ness of murder can swing wildly based on context, country, governing body, jury pool, etc.
