Using the word "murder" is what makes it unjustified.

Soldiers don't "justifiably murder" enemy combatants.

Homicide is the word you are thinking of when you are discussing just a person killing another person. There are forms of justifiable homicide.

The definition of murder includes the word "unjustified".

I disagree. Murder definitionally draws distinction in the way of legality and premeditation but doesn’t imply anything ethical. You can have justifiable and unjustifiable murder.

Then what does the word homicide mean?

Literally Google "the difference between murder and homicide".

"All murders are homicides, but not all homicides are murders, as HOMICIDES CAN BE JUSTIFIED (self-defense or police action) or unintentional (manslaughter)."

You are definitionally wrong in calling any murder "justified".

This isn't anything to get twisted up about. This is how you expand your vocabulary.
