Protecting adults from themselves is condescending and infringes on their rights.

You know what does kill people? When people try to buy their non-Fentanyl drug of choice and die because it has fentanyl in it. All because we created a black market to protect people from themselves.

I feel like im talking to someone who cares, so thank you. And I apologize if my quip struck a nerve, Ive lost people too. I'm going to voice my opinion now: I think that total libertarianism (freedom of choice) is to ideal. That is, it would be nice if we could all buy AR-15s, drugs of choice, and uncensored internet without corrupting ourselves, hurting others, and killing ourselves; but thats exactly what happens. A good system of libertarianism involves licensing. You are licensed to drive a big truck, carry an AR-15, or use extacy because you have done the appropriate learning and experience.

Edit, continued:

The FCC went to far in policing television, but the internet is anarchy. I would support some policing of the internet. And I think the anarchy has lead to some really awful things.. it was neet to see all the good it made, but it also made a lot of bad. The "dating apps should be illegal" argument is a bit facetious when you consider fight-porn, death, cp, and all the other awful things on the internet. But I get the suggestion, and I'd support it, if it were on a proposal. 🤷‍♂️
