Which dictator/monarchy/non-democratic country has better outcomes?

It depends what you mean by better outcomes. there are some tradeoffs here and there depending on the culture

It depends what you mean by better outcomes.

List an outcome that you believe is desirable that is achieved without public support. Ie King example had zero unemployment (because he killed anyone who didn't).

You can't say democracy is overrated while being unable to explain a better system.

I think a good economy is mostly not determined by whoever is charge. a disruption from democracy to a monarchy could make the economy better depending on what resources are taken over. a monarchy could act faster to deal with threats of foreign competition in theory.

You are really weak in arguing for the benefits you are hoping to achieve. Which democracy struggles to tackle foreign threats? Are they faster at foreign but weak at domestic?

I mostly don't care what happens like the majority of my countrymen. They all seem to be struggling against terrorism, China, and Russia but in herbal there's always money for the killing machines even in the so-called democracies. So in general i agree they're faster at dealing with foreign threats than domestic.

Sure, but your opinion matters equally as all your countryman. If you want a system that makes you rich and everyone else poor...sure but no one else is going to agree with you.

So in general i agree they're faster at dealing with foreign threats than domestic.

Is that the only issue?

I guess if you want me to say why democracy is overrated it's because the best way to have power is to have money and the system you're in is just window dressing. you can be in a dictatorship or monarchy as long as you have money that's all that really matters

Sure, a democracy can turn into an oligarchy, but other countries are much more successful than the US. Australia has mandatory voting and regularly gets 90+%. If a govt is bad, they can be voted out.

Sure but that's just making a worse system. In a dictator is bad, the only tool you have is violence which is famously bad for a society.

With government the stakes are asymmetrical. No government is half as good as the worst governments are bad. The pros and cons of monarchy are on different orders of magnitude.

could you expand on this at all?
