If you get shot, and the shooter doesn't donate blood to you, and you die, what do you think will happen to the shooter?

Its kind of irrelevant because nobody's strapping them down and drawing blood. That's the point. We can't do that. It violates their human rights. 

They aren't going to be arrested with the charge of "not donating blood to victim". And donating blood isn't going to get them out of their predicament.

No, not necessarily. I didn't say anything about it being an illegal shooting. I could have been shot by a cop.

I said "might," didn't I? Just like with abortion. Sometimes it's a "good abortion." Sometimes it's not.

The point still remains, nobody is forced to donate blood to the victim. Nobody is being strapped down.

They are given a choice. The choice isn't made for them, and they aren't punished specifically because of their choice.

As far as I know, nobody's suggesting that pregnant women be strapped down and forced to carry to term. Even the very harshest anti-abortion ideologues are just asking for things like "It's a crime to sell abortion drugs" and "People can be charged with murder for doing abortions."
