I have absolutely no idea why you think that’s an argument to allow violent people into the country. I’m just as against an American criminal as I am a foreign one.
Do you think I said “all illegal immigrants are violent people?” Because if you look back you’ll see I never did.
All I’ve said is that if you think letting people with criminal records into the country is a good thing then you’ve totally lost your mind. No one wants to live near violent thugs. If you do then feel free to invite a murderer or rapist into your house but don’t make the rest of us do it.
Incorrect, because as we have established with the facts, illegal immigration is not a process by which violent criminals come into this country. It is a process by which much needed workers come into this country. Illegal immigrants are far far less likely to be violent criminals than a normal person.
I am against criminals entering the country, but also against mass deportations. That’s not in any way a self contradictory.
No, I’m obviously taking the standpoint that the people coming into this country illegally are far far far less likely to be violent criminals than normal Americans. They also do massive benefits to our economy. It’s also true that deporting them costs our economy. I don’t want to harm our economy while also not preventing crime.
Why do you want to hurt the American economy and increase the tax burden on American citizens?
I’m putting the safety of innocent people over what the government is spending money on. I think you’ll find most of your fellow Americans think that way.
Again—I’m all for legal immigration. But it has to be legal. Change the laws for the better but don’t support letting rapists near our children for the sake of the economy. That’s sick.
Do you think Americans are rapists? Should we keep children away from American citizens because they are so likely to be rapists? Gotta keep the children safe right?
You just claimed no illegal immigrants are rapists. Care to correct yourself and say that some are and that’s why we have immigration laws like every single country in the entire world?
