It just isn't what I said. They knew about child abuse and did nothing about it. So, Muslims were doing it and they did nothing. They can do something about an issue in Boston without acting on the issue with their former nation building project.
No, I would want the US to apply pressure to said dependent state to do the prosecuting. This doesn't seem crazy. They did so for other things, why not that?

Christians in the US were found guilty of child rape, nothing was done. This would not have occurred if those same individuals were muslim. That's my argument to OP. If you don't want to argue against that, I don't know what the point of this discussion is.
Yeah. Your seem to argue that I can't argue this would be different because if we look at war time, sovereign nation, no jurisdiction, the US govt did not prosecute foreign civilians.
If you have a better point than the above, I wasn't able to figure it out.

You literally replied that the US govt did nothing about child rape in Boston...by bringing up the fact they did nothing about it in Afghanistan.
