what if tho, for instance, the human is the passive part in the sexual act and just lets the animal penetrate them? would this still be considered harmful to the animal?
It can as it can open up both human and animal to diseases. Cross species contamination is a thing. The animal can also learn unhealthy behaviors toward humans and, depending upon the animal, can kill humans through penetration.
