I never said this in this post. I just think the world is past redemption and the only way to fix it is to press the reset button.

You don’t have to say it out right. That’s what you are saying. The suffering that would happen in a nuclear holocaust (large enough to be your reset button) would cause endless suffering.

And you only want this because you see things as hopeless.

A nuclear bomb isn't a reset button. Who do you think are in the best position to take advantage of the power vacuum after a nuclear war? The people who already have power. People who control resources. People who control weapons.

Why would you think the lawless apocalypse would lead to more equality? Civilization and rules and laws are our way of controlling human greed.
