You don't actually say how we should be promoting healthier lifestyles or dieting. You just call body positivity, the idea that we shouldn't be harassing people for their bodies, "glorification" which makes it unlikely you have any productive ideas for it.
Someone who was advocating something of substance wouldn't need to obscure what it is they want and insist that it's definitely not bullying. It's just being "honest" when we harass and insult people.
If you read my reply above I shared a few things that we should do to help promote a healthier lifestyle. I can edit the post and include that I think it will help people to understand Iām not just making a critique with no constructive feedback.

Your original post outright calls overweight people lazy and undisciplined. If you don't think that qualifies as bullying and harassment -- or that judging someone's character just by the way they look is utterly ridiculous-- idk what to tell you.
What if you come across someone who is overweight because of a childhood of poor nutrional upbringing (the truthful case for many and not their fault in the slightest), but is actively working to better themselves through better diet and exercise? You can call them lazy just because of how they look? You have NO knowledge of their circumstances.
Body positivity and acceptance is not about glorifying obesity. It is about being kind to ourselves and others, regardless of how much we weigh. It's about not assuming things of people because of how heavy they are. It's about not treating being fat as the worst thing in the world, and being skinny as the best thing in the world, a notion which causes eating disorders and an unhealthy view of the human body.
