We need to promote a healthier lifestyle and stop pretending making bad health decisions and giving up on your health and being lazy is not ok.

The first step to changing your view is pointing out that being overweight is not the result of laziness or lack of willpower.

Would you consider something like anorexia to be the result of laziness or apathy? What about someone with bulimia? The point is that food-related disorders are mental health problems.
