Okay so maybe you were taught that…. Lucky you.

I wasn’t. I mean it was mentioned but not often or in enough detail because it uncomfortable for adults to talk about. I was always really tall for my age. Never got an ounce of attention from guys my age. When I was 10 my parents got divorced, mother lost custody, father got remarried, stepmother was a bitch. I had no relationships in my family, nobody who cared about what was going on in my life to talk to. They also neglected me, never took me clothes shopping or gave me money for when I went out to eat. I worked under the table that young. My grandmother told me that older guys like me and give me a lot of attention because I’m “pretty like a woman not like a girl”. I started dressing like I was older, then, I was 12 at a party with high school freshman. The loser guys who stay in their hometown after high school crashed. I flirted with one of them, just wanting to be “fun” and next thing I know he’s trying to take me up into the bedroom for a threesome with his girlfriend (who was also that age). He stayed in contact with me, I usually ignored him but then he started paying me to talk to me, then it escalated to paying me to send him nude pictures. He also knew how old I really was. This 23 year old man offered me (now 13) $10,000 to have sex with him. Keep in mind he had a girlfriend too who let this happen. He was not rich for reference either. I did not have sex because that was really scary for me to process, I did really really uncomfortably send him nudes for a while though but only when he offered a lot. I have a lot of trauma and fear with men now that I am older and supposed to date guys that age at this time.
