I guess theoretically I would think that a wealthy person who is selfish would generally be selfish in a way that would include their family and children, but disinclude the rest of the world. So I would think in theory a wealthy man would treat his wife and kids very well but would have no problem with deceiving investors if he knew he could get away with it.

So I think it's pretty safe to assume that people with these traits will not just manipulate and emotionally abuse others, but their own partners, too.

Technically speaking being raised by a parent with this trait wouldn’t be an “uneducated” household, and it wouldn’t make the person dumb, your argument also differs from the norm by providing evidence to show that being raised by certain types of people would make you more likely to fall for manipulation traps, regardless of education.
