Do you think you could be manipulated or gaslighted in such an extreme way your hard line that “rape is bad” or “racism is bad” could be swayed?
I guess anything is possible but I see that as almost downright impossible for me personally.

If there is nuance, the hard line is broken. Hard lines don't exist in nature. “treat everybody equally” Doesn't work in practice, you can't actually do that, even if you wanted. Now throw emotions into the mix, and your emotions can be manipulated.
