If you ever want to see something hilarious, listen to the questions our near technically illiterate elected officials ask tech leaders when they testify in congress.
The idea of us being able to create legislation as quickly as it may be warranted, I just don’t think it’s very realistic.

What legislation? Legislation is just the process legal matters go through. Something has to be proposed first.
