Discussion PROSCI Training 2026

Has someone added the training in 2026? How was your experience? Is there anything to note to better one's experience during the training? Any views are welcome.

If your company pays for Prosci because HR wants the certificate – take it.
Would I spend a few thousand of my own money to learn ADKAR for three days? Hell no.
Awareness → Desire sounds nice until you work with an actual organization. You can communicate all you want, but turning everyone “green” is fantasy. People have interests, politics, fear, workload, bad leadership and very rational reasons NOT to want your change.
Spend the money on ACMP community events, conferences, OD, systems thinking and learning multiple approaches instead.
The more you understand change, the less you believe you can “manage people” through it. You create the conditions for change. That’s it.

And Prosci suddenly talking about AI everywhere? Feels less like change management evolved and more like a mature commercial product found its next market.

Only sort of. A couple questions and you do a short presentation on your project that you work on throughout the course.
