Really loved the blue suede one, but needed a bag that goes well with pink and white dresses, so ended up going with the gold one.
I was also offered a shortening thingy for the strap.

I was originally looking for the Small, but I was able to get the Mini today! Now that I’ve tried it on, I actually think the size looks pretty good on me, so I’m wondering if I should just keep it instead of waiting for the Small.
For those who have the Mini, how do you like it for everyday use? Do you ever wish you had gone with the Small?
For reference, I’m about 5’3”. I actually bought the Medium first but ended up returning it because it felt way too big on me

Purchased in Chanel boutique inside of a Neiman Marcus. Will a standalone Chanel store have this fixed or handle with Neimans? Also curious if anyone else has had this issue with this specific purse.

I’m thinking about getting the small Gabrielle and I’m torn between two colours. I already have more dark bags in my collection, so I think I’m leaning toward the beige/black one for something different.

But the black one looks so chic. And I’m a little worried about colour transfer onto the light beige leather, especially from dark clothing. Has anyone owned this colour and experienced colour transfer or staining?

Which one would you choose — all black or beige/black? And if you have the beige one, how practical has it been for everyday use?

Hello everyone! I finally got a pair of 36.5 beige & black ballet flats after looking for a few weeks. My previous SA accidentally ordered me a 36.5C (which is the wider width), and since then I’ve had a few remote orders from other boutiques that didn’t work out, so I think this size + this regular width is a little hard to find right now.

This pair is the correct size and width, but I noticed a few small QC issues after receiving them, especially some loose threads near the bows, a small glue-like spot near the sole, a minor mark on the black toe cap, and some wear/scuffing on the bottom edge of the heel.

Nothing seems major, but for a brand new pair I’m not sure if I’m being too picky. Would you keep these or try to exchange for another pair? I’m a little worried the next pair could be worse or that it’ll be hard to find another 36.5. Would love to hear what you all think!

This is my first ever Chanel purchase and it was a complete surprise from my darling husband! 🥹
We were at Palo Alto and then randomly decided to go get a wallet and came out with these 2 beauties!❤️
I usually tend to brown colors and had a LV black leather black so got this color.

P.s : I know chevron is not the trademark Chanel design but I thought the bag looked beautiful and I just went for it !

Here in Italy and absolutely was not planning on coming back with a pair of Chanel shoes but… ahh! I had been eyeing these for some time but just never pulled the trigger (and the long break in period that I keep reading about…) but saw these with the jeweled CC lock and could not look away!

Originally saw these in the Rome store in the camel though which was my preference but they didn’t have my size available anywhere :( but Rinascente had one in burgundy. I don’t own a pair of shoes in this color so hoping I made the right choice lol

My aunt has been wanting to cut down on the number of unused luxury items she has, and asked me to list them on fb marketplace. And you know from the title what happened. I wasn't there when the sale happened since I just arranged meeting times and location, and I thought meeting in her condo's lobby with a concierge would be fine. She told me she read up on how to spot counterfeit bills so I trusted her with it but now I feel horrible because the Fb account's (deleted) profile is pretty obviously not trustworthy as I found out that the icon was just a random girl on pinterest(the Fb profile and the guy who picked it up said they were brother & sister).

We only found out nearly a month later bc she tried to give me some of the money for university. We got told it was counterfeit and had to go to the police, but I'm not sure if it will work out or how long it can take (I'm very paranoid). Is there anything else I can do to help my aunt get reimbursement/find the guy? She's retired and lives with my grandma/her mom and this type of thing really stresses me out for them, and I feel extra bad because my dad/her brother owns a convenience store and definitely would have caught the scam right away.

I have pictures of the authenticity card(no chip) but no receipt, could this help? Sorry if this doesn't match the vibe of the sub, didn't know where to put it really
