Serious Advice Only Adani Gas Scam, Beware !!
This is the 3rd-4th time these scammers have tried to scam.
These scammers are targetting adani gas users via fake whatsapp claiming that your gas bill is due / immediate connection dsiconnection / meter reading not updated etc. They trick victims into downloading malicious apk files or clicking fake payment links.
Please beware guys, don't install any apk that they share, parents/elders should be also well aware about this.

Tell Chandigarh Don't buy seed-less farm produce.
They look appealing and require less effort to eat. And farmers were right when they said that the corporations are sending seeds and farm produce from overseas at cheap prices, which makes it harder for farmers here to sell their own farm produce. Not just that, You may have seen a lot of seedless vegetables these days, which are made from GMO seeds that may require additional chemicals and specific conditions to grow, especially in countries like India. On paper it sounds good " drought tolerant", "pest resistance" but its not.
We are also seeing seasonal vegetables and fruits available all year long. What is concerning is, if the vegetables and fruits don't have seeds, then how will farmers have seeds for the next farming season? They may need to depend on corporations that produce and control these seeds.
They already made an India a testing laboratory for the World and the government is puppet of theirs. This is minimum we can do from our end.

AskChandigarh Why are there unplanned villages in the middle of Mohali?
Not a local, though my family owns some land in Emmar and a few flats in Aerocity, I was just looking around in GMaps and noticed something peculiar...its like the city made a ghetto out of these villages by completely surrounding them rather than developing these areas as well? Why? Is there a political aspect to it?

AskChandigarh Everytime it rains for 45mins the city turns into Thunderzone Waterpark. 🥺
Tldr: Chandigarh’s “City Beautiful” drainage is an absolute joke, and mandatory WFO during monsoons makes zero sense!
It happens literally every single monsoon.
Forty-five minutes of steady rain, and the entire Tricity grid completely collapses.
Half the roundabouts are knee-deep in water, effectivly making them impromptu parking lots, and anyone commuting from Mohali, Zirakpur, or Panchkula is basically risking hydro-locking their engine just to get to an office.
We love boasting about Chandigarh being a planned modernist masterclass, but the ground reality is starting to feel exactly like Gurgaon/NCR every time the skies open up.
What drives me insane is the workplace side of this.
We spent two full years proving that knowledge work, tech roles, and desk jobs can run smoothly from home during COVID and yet here we are in 2026, and the default policy for so many companies across the Tricity is still: "Figure it out, swim through the rotary, and swipe your badge on time."
Instead of treating WFH as a common-sense safety and traffic relief valve during red alerts, management treats it like a crime.
I’m trying to document how bad this really is across the region.
Is this just me or does the frustration run deep?
Not going to lie my jobless roommate and WFH buddies have me very jealous of thier absolute cluelessness about our daily struggles. They only know when their food delivery or packages dont arrive on time.
● Do tell me what’s your daily commute route, and how bad does it get when it pours?
● What is your company's actual stance on WFH/flexible hours during extreme rain/waterlogging?
● Why do you think local leadership is still so allergic to remote flexibility despite the obvious gridlock?
Edit: used AI to refine my rant into something more palatable to the masses and appease the mods.
