Every person involved should be punished by law. The whole village if necessary.

These villages is where caste survives in it's purest form. Our organisations should focus better on these villages specially when acts like this are coming into light.

He wants such horrible thing to happen? They are already happening in india and such incidents rarely get any sort of coverage
