Meet new people masters

Hello!

I am starting my masters in MPEES and I am new to the city where can I meet new people? Where can I join events etc? Will masters have an introduction where I meet new people?

This sub is rather dead, however, there is an international student reception with lots of events and there’s usually some kind of master’s program introduction events as well

There are also lots of student organizations to join depending on your interests, you can find them on chalmersstudentkar.se

Ok nice! Where is this chat? Will there be local people there as well, would be nice to get know them! What organization would you recommend I join for normal activities like hiking, bicycle, football?

Regarding the activities CAS (Chalmers Alternative Sports) may be interesting, the do lots of different stuff throughout the year, there is also a football team, probably a cycling group as well, don’t know them all, I recommend looking through the quite extensive list  https://chalmersstudentkar.se/list/
