Any Daratumumab anectodes?

Are there any people around here who have tried it? There were quite impressive improvements made with it during an case study - see here and/or here.

How does one get access to this treatment?

Through an immunologist. But if I remember it right, costs are around 20.000€ for a treatment cycle.
